在男性学的科研和临床工作中,诊治睾丸各种疾病和不育症,开展计划生育,对睾丸大小和体积的精确测量,是十分重要的。目前测量睾丸一般采用睾丸体积量具模型,将不同大小编号的睾丸模型与受检睾丸进行比较,以确定睾丸的大小和体积。这种方法使用虽较方便,但由于按大小编号的模型数量有限,以及采用对比方法,使测量的精确度受到一定影响。针对Schirren氏剪式睾丸测量尺的缺点,如耳孔邻近接睾点,使用时不很方便,以及刻度尺未能反映不同年龄组睾丸长径与体积对照存在的明显差异。我院自1983年10月自行设计和制作了一种规式睾丸测量尺,并用其测量了740例不同年龄正
