为了阐明含钛铁矿冶炼时影响缺液中 Ti 含量的因素,测定了钛与碳在 Fe—Ti—C 熔体中的溶解度。称10—30克电解铁和一定量的海绵钛放在石墨埚坩中,用钼丝炉加热。在一定温度,并在 CO 气氛下,保持二小时,使铁液中的钛和碳达到平衡。取样分析碳量和钛量。温度用铂—铂铑热电对测量,误差在±5°左右。为了验证实验方法,曾做了石墨在纯铁液中的溶解度。实验结果均列于图1内。图内●乃是铁液和固体 TiC 平衡的碳含量。
In order to clarify the factors affecting the Ti content in the absence of ilmenite during smelting, the solubility of titanium and carbon in Fe-Ti-C melt was determined.
