芪益冲剂对电刺激诱发蟾蜍在体腓肠肌收缩性的影响

目的 :探讨芪益冲剂改善疲劳状态下肌力减退的作用。方法 :采用蟾蜍头背淋巴囊注射给药 ,观察芪益冲剂对连续电脉冲刺激坐骨神经诱发在体腓肠肌收缩力 (Fc)和收缩力最大变化速率 (Vmax)的影响。结果 :7 69~ 3 0 76g/kg剂量的芪益冲剂可显著地增强蟾蜍在体腓肠肌Fc和Vmax(P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1 )。在给药后 5 0min时 ,芪益冲剂 1 5 3 8g/kg和 3 0 76g/kg剂量组在体腓肠肌Fc及 3 0 76g/kg剂量组在体腓肠肌Vmax仍然显著高于给药前 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1 )。结论 :芪益冲剂具有增加骨骼肌收缩力和收缩速率 ,减轻肌肉疲劳的作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Qiyi Granules on improving muscle strength under fatigue. METHODS: The effects of Qiyi Granules on the contraction force (Fc) and maximum rate of contraction (Vmax) of the gastrocnemius muscles induced by continuous sciatic nerve stimulation with sciatic nerve were observed by injection of the head and back lymphatic sac. RESULTS : The Qi granules at doses of 7 69 to 3 0 76 g/kg could significantly increase the Fc and Vmax of gills in vivo (P <0 05 or P <0 01). At 50 min after the administration, the Vmax of the gastrocnemius muscle in the body gastrocnemius muscle Fc and 3076g/kg dose group was still significantly higher than that before administration (P<0.05). <0 0 5 or P <0 0 1 ). Conclusion : Qiyi granules have the effect of increasing skeletal muscle contractility and contraction rate and reducing muscle fatigue.
