As we all know, the earth’s freshwater content of only 2.53% of the world total water, of which 68.7% are solid glaciers, located in the difficult to use mountain and bipolar areas. At present, the fresh water human beings can directly use are mainly groundwater, lake freshwater and riverbed water. Clean drinking water, as a basic human necessity, is becoming ever scarcer.
