近年来,随着市镇建设的发展,土地征用日益频繁。现就土地征用费用管理和核算问题谈点个人浅见,供参考。一、设置征用土地登记簿,建立土地征用档案。农村合作经济组织应将前段已征用的土地进行清理,按时间顺序逐笔登记,检查土地征用费是否收清、青苗补偿费是否到户,“土地工”是否落实到人。并一一张榜公布,接受群众监督。征用土地登记簿的格式如下:
