最近,我刊陆续收到一些中小学教师来信,询问关于中小学中、高级教师家属“农转非”问题有何新的政策规定?为此,我们走访了国家教委有关部门,现答复如下: 1992年6月22日,国务院批转了人事部、国家计委、商业部、公安部《关于部分专业技术和党政管理干部家属“农转非”问题的意见》(国发[1992]35号文件)。《意见》指出: 1980年,公安部、原粮食部和国家人事局对逐步解决高级专业技术干部和部分中级专业技术干部家属“农转非”问题作出了规定。1985年,国务院同意原劳动人事部和北京市人民政府的意见,对解决北京地区的部分党政干部家属“农转非”问题规定了具体办法。这是贯彻落实党的知识分子政策的一项重要措施,对解决部分干部的实际困难起到了较好作用。1987年,国家
Recently, I have received a number of letters from primary and secondary school teachers and asked about any new policies and regulations on the issue of “non-agricultural transfer” among family members of middle and primary schools.
