为全面了解高职高专新生的综合素质状况,进一步明确新时期教学思路,对承德石油高等专科学校热能工程系2014级新生的综合素质进行了全面的调查。通过对新生的心理适应和目标定位进行分析,对学生管理和教学改革起到一定的参考价值和指导作用。
In order to comprehensively understand the comprehensive quality of freshmen in higher vocational colleges and to clarify the teaching ideas in the new period, a comprehensive survey was conducted on the comprehensive qualities of 2014 freshmen at the Department of Thermal Engineering of Chengde Petroleum College. By analyzing the freshmen ’s psychological adaptability and goal orientation, it has some reference value and guidance to student management and teaching reform.
