残疾人职业能力培养是帮助残疾人平等融入社会、实现自强自立的重要条件。人权理论、教育公平理论和全纳教育理念为残疾人职业能力培养提供了理论基础。目前,我国残疾人职业能力培养存在着接受比例较低、课程内容设置局限、缺乏就业指导、师资力量不强、实训基地运行效果不佳等问题,需要相关机构树立“以人为本”的残疾观念,不断开发职业能力训练课程,加强残疾人就业指导,不断加强师资队伍建设,建立健全残疾人职业能力培养的保障机制,才能切实保障残疾人职业能力培养的质量与水平。
The training of disabled people’s vocational skills is an important condition to help people with disabilities integrate into society with equality and self-reliance. Human rights theory, educational equity theory and the concept of inclusive education provide the theoretical basis for the training of vocational skills of disabled persons. At present, there are some problems such as lower acceptance rate, limited curriculum content, lack of employment guidance, weak teaching staff and poor operation effect of training bases in China, and the related institutions need to establish “people-oriented” disability Concept, continuous development of vocational ability training courses, strengthening employment guidance for the disabled, continuously strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and establishing and perfecting the guarantee mechanism for the training of vocational skills of disabled persons, can we effectively guarantee the quality and level of vocational training for disabled persons.
