基于40Cr的双程往复磨削淬硬试验,利用有限元软件Deform-2D对双程往复磨削淬硬进行数值模拟,并且对组织转变进行了二次开发。把工件看成多相组织,建立了往复磨削热流模型,利用组织转变动力学,模拟得到了工件的温度场,组织场,硬度场等变化关系仿真结果,仿真结果与实验数据较吻合。本研究为揭示磨削淬硬层的形成机理、优化磨削淬硬工艺和控制磨削淬硬层的质量提供了基础。
Based on 40Cr two-way reciprocating grinding hardened test, finite element software Deform-2D was used to simulate two-way reciprocating grinding hardened, and the secondary development of microstructure transformation was carried out. The workpiece is regarded as multi-phase structure, and the reciprocating grinding heat flow model is established. The simulation results of the temperature field, the structure field and the hardness field of the workpiece are simulated by using the transformation dynamics of the structure. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data. This study provides the basis for revealing the formation mechanism of grinding hardened layer, optimizing the grinding hardening process and controlling the quality of grinding hardened layer.
