二十一世纪的中职学校越来越成为低分学生的收容所,成为未成年人的安乐窝,中职院校的班主任角色也颇为尴尬,缺乏社会地位,没有身份归属感。但是社会和国家对于教师的要求与期望又很高,使中职班主任管理成为多数中职教师不得不从事又不愿接受的工作。要走出这一困境,必须深入剖析中职教育和班主任管理工作存在的各方面问题,并有针对性地逐一解决。
Secondary vocational schools in the 21st century are becoming more and more shelters for undergraduates and become comfortable shelters for minors. The role of teacher in charge of secondary vocational schools is also quite embarrassing, lacking social status and lacking a sense of belonging. However, the demands and expectations of teachers and teachers in society and in the country are very high, making the management of the supervisor in secondary vocational schools a job that most secondary teachers have to undertake and are unwilling to accept. To get out of this predicament, we must thoroughly analyze the various problems existing in secondary vocational education and class teacher management and solve them in a targeted manner.
