世界围垦的国际学术讨论会于1982年10月4日至10日在荷兰列里斯特举行。经国家科委批准,由水电部派出我委副主任兼总工程师廖远祺、副总工程师麦乔威,和浙江省河口海岸研究所副所长兼总工程师戴泽蘅、高级工程师韩曾萃共4人前往参加。会议的发起者是联合国粮农组织、教科文组织和其他7个国际学术组织,以及荷兰的教育科研、政府有关部门等14个单位;由荷兰特尔夫脱工业大学、交通及公用工程部、全国应用自然科学研究所和水利土地利用规划委员会等有关单位主持。举行会议的背景是由于世界人口不断增加,需要有更多的粮食供应,而对水土资源利用方面提出更多的要求。因此,会议的宗旨是对世界各地发展围垦在规划和具体实施方面有许多共同性的问题进
The international academic colloquium on the world was held in Lelister, The Netherlands, from October 4th to October 10th, 1982. Approved by the State Science and Technology Commission, the Ministry of Water Resources sent the deputy director and chief engineer of the Committee of the People’s Liberation Party Liao Yuankai and deputy chief engineer Mai Qiaowei, and the deputy director and chief engineer of Zhejiang Hekou Coast Research Institute Dai Zeyi, senior engineer Han Zengcui made a total of 4 people participate. The sponsors of the conference were the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, UNESCO and seven other international academic organizations, as well as 14 units of education and scientific research and government departments in the Netherlands; from the Telford University of Technology, the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, the Netherlands The Institute of Natural Sciences and the Water Conservancy Land Use Planning Committee chaired the meeting. The background of the meeting was due to the ever-increasing world population, the need for more food supplies, and more demands on the use of land and water resources. Therefore, the purpose of the conference is to promote the development of reclamation in the world with many common issues in planning and implementation.
