目的:了解我院门诊克林霉素使用情况,有针对性地提出改进措施,以确保用药安全有效。方法:对门诊2010年1～3月所有使用注射用盐酸克林霉素、克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片的处方进行回顾性专项处方点评。结果:我院门诊处方中克林霉素应用存在不合理现象,主要为用法用量、联合用药不合理。结论:高质量的专项处方点评可以全面揭示克林霉素用药现状,促进合理用药。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the clinical use of clindamycin in our hospital and put forward improvement measures in a targeted manner to ensure safe and effective medication. Methods: The outpatient clinic from January to March 2010 all using injection of clindamycin hydrochloride, clindamycin palmitate dispersible tablets prescription reviews retrospectively. Results: There was an unreasonable use of clindamycin in outpatient prescriptions in our hospital, mainly for usage and dosage, unreasonable combination therapy. Conclusion: High quality special prescription reviews can fully reveal the current status of clindamycin medication and promote rational drug use.
