工资是企业职工经济利益的核心,推进工资集体协商既是维护职工合法权益的方式之一,也是促进劳动关系和谐、稳定的重要举措。针对现阶段工资集体协商面临的现实问题,从推行领导责任制、普及法律法规、建立监督机制、采取奖惩手段等方面提出对策建议。
Wages are the core of the economic interests of employees. Promoting collective bargaining is not only one way to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, but also an important measure to promote harmony and stability in labor relations. In view of the practical problems facing collective bargaining at the present stage, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the aspects of implementing the responsibility system of leadership, popularizing laws and regulations, establishing supervision mechanism and adopting rewards and punishments.
