某检修单位编制了校正汽轮机转子轴的新方法。当采用传统的、籍助于自动焊炬来校正汽轮机转子轴时,轴的表面经受着不受控制的局部加热。此种直轴法的缺点是,必须将轴加热到超过660℃(这对某些牌号的钢材是不容许的),以致金属的结构变化和裂纹形成的或然率增大了。
A maintenance organization prepared a new method of correcting the rotor shaft of a turbine. When a conventional rotor torch is calibrated using an automatic welding torch, the surface of the shaft undergoes uncontrolled local heating. The disadvantage of this straight-axis method is that the shaft must be heated above 660 ° C (which is not tolerable for some grades of steel) so that the structural change of the metal and the probability of crack formation increase.
