目的探讨沙培林雾化吸入应用于肺癌术后患者呼吸道管理的影响。方法将60例肺癌术后患者随机分成两组,各30例。观察组采用沐舒坦15mg+生理盐水10ml雾化吸入2次/d,另加沙培林5g+生理盐水10ml+地塞米松5mg进行雾化吸入1次/d,对照组仅采用沐舒坦15mg加生理盐水10ml雾化吸入2次/d,比较两组术后呼吸道情况。结果观察组术后吸氧时间、吸痰次数,痰液送检霉菌培养均较对照组有显著的改善(P<0.05),肺部感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),缩短了住院时间,能促进患者早日康复。结论肺癌患者术后加用沙培林雾化吸入优于沐舒坦组,无不良反应,能提高患者免疫水平,减少肺部感染,促进早期康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of inhaling inhaled salicylene on respiratory tract after lung cancer surgery. Conclusion After operation, the inhalation of Sha Peilin is superior to that of MuShuTan group in lung cancer patients without adverse reactions, which can improve patient immunity, reduce lung infection and promote early rehabilitation.
