人力资源管理专业是高校教育中的重要组成部分,这一课程的开设目的在于培养学生的求职技能和就业能力。通过对专业基础知识的学习以及在实践中对理论知识的应用,增强学生的综合素质,提高学生在求职过程中的就业竞争能力。同时,高校人力资源管理课程的开设还能为我国企业在人力资源有效管理方面培养和输送人才。因此,在高校人力资源管理的教学中,改进其教学方法,培养高素质的人力资源管理人才是解决企业面临的有效管理人力资源问题的关键。根据新课程标准,改进人力资源管理教学方法在高校专业课程教学中具有重要意义。本文分析了人力资源管理教学的现状,并在此基础上提出了人力资源管理教学方法改进的意义,同时着重探讨了人力资源管理教学方法改进的策略。
Human resource management major is an important part of college education, the course was opened to cultivate students’ job search skills and employability. Through the study of professional basic knowledge and the application of theoretical knowledge in practice, the overall quality of students is enhanced and the employment competitiveness of students in the job search process is enhanced. At the same time, the establishment of human resources management courses in colleges and universities can also train and transport talents for the effective management of human resources in our country. Therefore, in the teaching of human resources management in colleges and universities, to improve its teaching methods and train high-quality human resources management personnel is the key to solve the problem of enterprises to effectively manage human resources. According to the new curriculum standards, improving teaching methods of human resources management is of great significance in the teaching of professional courses in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management teaching, and on this basis, puts forward the significance of improving the teaching methods of human resource management. At the same time, it focuses on the strategy of improving human resource management teaching methods.
