介绍了用焊接方法修复滦河发电厂4号50MW汽轮机高压下缸贯穿性裂纹缺陷的全过程。针对缺陷的具体情况,阐述了选择处理方案的依据.制定了适当预热、镍基焊条冷焊、焊后锤击等工艺措施,并依此圆满地进行了现场处理,取得了比较理想的效果,为大型铸钢件严重缺陷的现场冷焊修复提供了实践经验。
This paper introduces the whole process of repairing the penetration crack of high pressure lower cylinder of No.4 50MW steam turbine of Luanhe Power Plant by welding method. According to the specific circumstances of the defects, the basis for selecting the treatment scheme is expounded. The preheating, nickel-based electrode cold welding, hammering and other technical measures have been worked out and the site treatment has been carried out satisfactorily. The ideal effect has been achieved, which provides a good site for cold welding repair of serious defects of large steel castings Practical experience.
