随着社会的进步与发展,公务员已然成为当代社会最受欢迎的职业,越来越多的人加入到公务员这个队伍中来,使得公务员数量越来越大,对公务员管理工作要求也越来越高。公务员退出制度作为实现公务员队伍廉政建设的必然选择,而要想实现这一目标,我国政府应当不断完善公务员退出制度,综合分析我国公务员退出制度的优劣,找出其中的不足,并加以完善。本文就公务员退出制度的优劣势及对策进行了相关的分析。
With the progress and development of society, civil servants have become the most popular professions in contemporary society. More and more people have joined the ranks of civil servants. As a result, the number of civil servants is getting larger and larger, and the requirements for civil servants management are also getting higher and higher high. In order to achieve this goal, the government exit system should be an inevitable choice to realize the clean government building of civil servants. To achieve this goal, our government should continuously improve the exit system of civil servants, comprehensively analyze the merits and demerits of civil servants’ exit system in our country, identify the deficiencies and perfect it. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of civil servant exit system and countermeasures.
