第一届中日电视艺术交流活动于一九八四年一月十九日至三十日分别在北京、上海、沈阳三地举行。这是中日两国电视艺术工作者第一次民间性质的艺术交流。我国主办单位为中国电视剧艺术委员会和中国文学艺术界联合会;日方主办单位为日本映象资料馆、日本广播协会、东京广播、日本电视网、全国朝日广播、富士电视、电视东京等日本六家主要电视台及日中文化交流协会。第一次活动由日本派团来华;第二次活动将于一九八五年由中国派团去日。这次来华的日本代表团一行十三人,由团长牛山纯一先生、副团长若杉芳光先生和敕使河原平八先生率领,团员中包括日本著名电视制片人、导演、剧作家及其他专业人员。日本代表团带来十七部电视剧、电视艺术纪录片、动画片和其他电视节目,供观摩、讨论。这些都是日本近几年来最有影响、深得好评的电视节目,其中不少在国际上或日本国内获奖。在京期间,北京和外地的电视艺术工作者及文艺界人士一方面观摩电视片,一方面与日本同行就制作和艺术方面的问题进行探讨。这次活动取得了圆满成功,不仅加强了中日双方电视工作者的了解与友谊,也必将有助于两国电视事业的发展与提高。应读者要求,本刊就电视剧及艺术纪录片部分在北京讨论会上的发言,择要整理发表,以使广大读者也分享这次交流活动的成果,并从中得到借鉴。
The first China-Japan television art exchange was held in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenyang from January 19 to January 30, 1984 respectively. This is the first exchange of folk art between TV art workers in China and Japan. Our organizers are the Arts Committee of China TV Dramas and the Federation of Chinese Literary and Art Circles; the organizers of Japan are Japan Photo Archive, Japan Broadcasting Association, Tokyo Broadcasting, Japan Television Network, National Asahi Broadcasting, Fuji TV, TV Tokyo and other Japan VI Home TV stations and Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association. The first event will be sent by Japan to China; the second will be sent by China to China in 1985. The delegation of 13 people from Japan, led by Head of Japan Junpei Junichi and deputy head of the delegation, led by Mr. Yohei Harajubi, includes a famous Japanese TV producer, director and dramatist Other professionals. The Japanese delegation brought together seventeen television dramas, television art documentaries, animations and other television programs for observation and discussion. These are the most influential and highly acclaimed television programs in Japan in recent years, many of which have won awards internationally or in Japan. During his stay in Beijing, television art workers and literary and art circles in Beijing and other regions watched TV films on the one hand and conducted discussions with Japanese counterparts on production and art issues on the one hand. The success of this event has not only strengthened the understanding and friendship between television workers in China and Japan, but also contributed to the development and enhancement of television programs in both countries. At the request of the readers, we should make a presentation on the TV series and the art documentary at the Beijing Symposium, so that readers can share the fruits of this exchange and learn from it.
