应我厅的邀请,以色列国际合作中心“莫沙夫”于12月1日～4日派专家来我厅进行“水资源的开发与管理Water Resources Development and Management”为主题的实地授课与研讨。来自各地市和厅直有关单位从事水资源管理的领导和专业技术人员共70人参加了研讨班。 研讨会上,两位专家借助大量翔实的图片、录象等,说细介绍了以色列水资源管理的法律法规管理体制、水污染治理和节水技术,提出水资源和水质管理的一些新理念。生动活泼的授课形式激
At the invitation of our department, the Israel International Cooperation Center “Moschaf” sent experts to our office to carry out field lectures and discussions on “Water Resources Development and Management of Water Resources” from December 1 to 4. A total of 70 leaders and professional and technical personnel engaged in water resources management from relevant departments of cities and departments directly under the central government attended the seminar.
