为建立样品中多种B族维生素的高效液相色谱测定法,将样品以甲醇-水-磷酸(体积比为100:400:0.5)混匀,超声提取,以甲醇-乙酸-己烷磺酸钠为流动相,进行非梯度洗脱,以PDA检测。该方法线性范围为5.00～300μg/mlr,=0.999 2～0.999 8,回收率为98.1%～100.2%,RSD为1.37%～2.89%,适用于样品中B族维生素的测定。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of B vitamins in samples, the samples were homogenized with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (100: 400: 0.5 by volume) Sodium as mobile phase, non-gradient elution, PDA detection. The linear range of this method was 5.00 ~ 300μg / mlr, which was 0.999 2 ~ 0.999 8. The recoveries ranged from 98.1% to 100.2% with a RSD of 1.37% -2.89%, which was suitable for the determination of B vitamins in samples.
