本文研究了高碳铬轴承钢在高温和亚温形变时的组织变化及其形态特征,讨论了碳化物在形变过程中的析出和形变组织的关系。试验结果说明,马氏体的形态和亚结构除与 Ms 点的高低及形成温度有关外,还取决于母相的应力状态和晶体缺陷的分布与形态。高碳铬钢反复循环奥氏体化——应变,可以获得一些特异形态的马氏体,它们类似于蝶状马氏体,薄片状马氏体等。其主要特征是高碳非孪晶型片状马氏体。
In this paper, the microstructural changes and morphological characteristics of high carbon chromium bearing steels during high temperature and sub-temperature deformation were studied. The relationship between precipitation and deformation structure of carbide during deformation was discussed. The experimental results show that the morphology and substructure of martensite depend not only on the level of Ms and the formation temperature, but also on the stress state and the distribution and morphology of the crystal defects in the matrix. High carbon chromium steel cycle-austenitizing - strain, you can get some special forms of martensite, they are similar to Butterfly Martensitic, lamellar martensite and so on. Its main feature is non-high-carbon sheet-type martensite.
