[目的]研究皖南烟叶的可用性,筛选出符合“黄山”品牌的焦甜香特色原料。[方法]对2012年皖南核心农户的80个烟叶样品的常规化学成分进行灰色关联度分析和感官质量评价。[结果]分析显示,核心农户A、B、C 3个类别的烟叶样品与“黄山”品牌卷烟烟叶原料要求的灰色关联度分别为0.73、0.69和0.65。感官质量由高到低顺序为A>B>C,说明灰色关联度分析结果与评吸结果一致。[结论]核心农户A类样品的可用性最好,符合“黄山”品牌对于原料的要求,同时也表明灰色关联度分析法能够用于特色烟叶的筛选。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the availability of tobacco leaves in southern Anhui and screened the raw materials of sweet and fragrant incense which conform to the brand name of “Huangshan”. [Method] The routine chemical components of 80 tobacco samples from core farmers in southern Anhui were analyzed by gray relational analysis and sensory evaluation. [Result] The analysis showed that the gray relational requirements of the tobacco leaf samples of core category A, B, C and the raw materials of “Huangshan” brand cigarette were 0.73, 0.69 and 0.65 respectively. Sensory quality from high to low order A> B> C, indicating that gray correlation analysis results consistent with the results of smoking. [Conclusion] The core sample of A type was the best available, which was in line with the raw material requirement of “Huangshan” brand. At the same time, it also showed that the gray relational analysis method could be used to screen the characteristic tobacco leaf.
