宝钢服务员工的工作机制以尊重人为出发点,以凝聚力为归宿点,包括了六个方面的内容,其中大部分内容与心理咨询有趋同性。如尊重人、了解人、关心人也是对心理咨询工作者自身素养和业务技巧的最基本要求。又如提高人、规范人、激励人也是心理咨询所要达到的目标之一。成功的心理咨询,不仅仅在于帮助人摆脱心理障碍,更重要的是还要帮助人实现自我价值。再如依靠人,心理咨询最终还是要靠咨询者本人的感悟、会意乃至觉醒,来摆脱自身的心理问题。
