通过阴离子开环聚合和配位开环聚合合成了两亲性四臂星型聚合物PEO4-PCL4。核磁氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)结果显示,合成的聚合物结构和相对分子质量与设计的相符。胶束粒径测定结果表明,随着温度升高,胶束粒径逐渐增大。对溶胶-凝胶相转变温度的测定发现,聚合物在人体温度附近发生溶胶-凝胶相转变。对载药水凝胶在磷酸盐溶液中的释放行为进行了研究,药物释放呈现先快-后慢的整体释放现象,随着疏水性链段相对分子质量的增加,药物的释放速率减缓,累积释放率降低。
Amphiphilic four-arm star polymer PEO4-PCL4 was synthesized by anionic ring-opening polymerization and coordination ring-opening polymerization. The results of 1H NMR and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) showed that the structure and relative molecular mass of the synthesized polymer were in accordance with the design. Micelle size measurement results show that, as the temperature increases, the micelle size increases. The determination of the sol-gel phase transition temperature shows that the polymer undergoes a sol-gel phase transition near the body temperature. The release behavior of drug-loaded hydrogel in phosphate solution was studied. The drug release showed a fast-slow and slow global release. With the increase of the relative molecular mass of the hydrophobic segment, the release rate of the drug slowed down and the cumulative release Lower rates.
