刘中药凤仙花(Impatiens balsamina)白色花瓣乙醇提取物中的抗过敏成分进行了筛选,取凤仙花花瓣以35％乙醇浸泡1天,提取液(IB)在室温下结晶,再用甲醇重结晶得化台物1,母液挥去乙醇,再田乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取。从乙酸乙酯提取液中结晶出化合物2,母液挥去乙酸乙酯溶媒,残渣经硅胶柱层析,以氯仿-乙酸乙酯梯度洗脱得6个组
The anti-allergic components in the ethanol extract of the white flower of Impatiens balsamina were screened, and the petals of Impatiens balsamina were soaked in 35% ethanol for 1 day. The extract (IB) was crystallized at room temperature and then weighed in methanol. The crystallized product was obtained as Table 1, and the mother liquor was evaporated with ethanol and extracted with ethyl acetate and n-butanol. Compound 2 was crystallized from the ethyl acetate extract, the mother liquor was evaporated off the ethyl acetate solvent, and the residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography and eluted with a chloroform-ethyl acetate gradient to obtain 6 groups.
