黑龙江省是我国的农业大省,也是我国粮食的主产区,农业面临的风险大,对黑龙江农业的总体发展影响巨大。建立和完善农业保险制度对于我省的经济迫在眉睫。本文主要分析了黑龙江农业保险发展的现状和面临的问题,并依据问题提出相应的对策建议。 Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province in our country and also the main grain producing area in China. The risk to agriculture is high, which has a huge impact on the overall development of agriculture in Heilongjiang. Establishing and perfecting the agricultural insurance system is imminent to the economy of our province. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems faced by agricultural insurance development in Heilongjiang Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems.
