人性化管理,就是在保证制度落实的前提下,尽力为教师开创一种以淡化行政手段进行学校管理的以尊重人、爱护人、激发人为出发点的校园人际管理氛围。这种氛围,能更好地调动和发挥每一位教师教书育人、服务育人的积极性、能动性和创造性。同时,能有效地沟通和融洽管理者与被管理者的关系,确保既定办学目标的有效实现。人性化管理主要有五方面的内容。一是关注教师对人格尊重的需求。教师知识素养较高,人格尊重不会因为条件的变化而被削弱。作为校长,要尽量满足教师对人格尊重的需求,这样,才能赢得教师的尊重。我经常主动深入到教师中间,了解和征求意见,完善管理工作。对个别有违纪现象的教师,在尊重他们人格的前提下,采用“刚柔相济,法情相依”的管理手段,使他们心悦诚服地接受教育帮助,重新振作精神,投入工作。二是关注教师对平等竞争的需求。晋升小学高级教师职称是教师
