党的十五大,高屋建瓴,实事求是,总结历史,规划未来,把邓小平理论确立为全党全国的指导思想,对我国改革开放和现代化建设的壮丽伟业作出了跨世纪的全面部署。十五大把有中国特色的社会主义文化建设,放在与经济、政治建设并列的重要地位,从世纪之交的历史高度,提出了我国社会主义初级阶段的基本纲领。十五大象一座辉煌的灯塔,照耀着我国文化艺术和电视剧艺术不断繁荣发展的光明之路。
The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has the principle of seeking truth from facts, summarizing history and planning for the future. It has established Deng Xiaoping Theory as the guiding ideology of the entire party and the country and has made a comprehensive plan of transcentury for the magnificent cause of China’s reform, opening up and modernization. At the historic height of the turn of the century, the 15th National Congress put the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics at an important parallel with the economic and political construction and put forward the basic program of the initial stage of socialism in our country. A brilliant lighthouse of the 15 elephants shines on the bright road to the continuous prosperity and development of the art of culture, culture and drama in our country.
