真两性畸形的报道不多,目前国内文献中报告约78例(文献略),截至1981年国外文献报告约400例。近年来我们遇到2例,报告如下。 [例1] 社会性别男,16岁。出生时阴囊左侧无睾丸。一年前出现血尿,每月一次,每次持续一周左右,规律、乳房逐渐隆起,全身发胖。患者呈女性体型。皮下脂肪丰满。喉结扁平。唇周有少许髭毛。男性发音。双侧乳房发育丰满。阴毛呈倒三角形分布。阴囊发育差,左侧扁平似大阴唇,未触及左侧睾丸,右侧睾丸在阴囊内,约0.8×0.8× So far, there are not many reports of true hermaphroditism.
