用58只昆明雌鼠,于围产期(孕第15d至胎鼠出生后15d)给雌鼠灌服雷藤氯内酯醇(T_4)(0.6mg/kg/d及0.3mg/kg/d),观察了子1代及子2代鼠的出生、生长、发育以及生殖能力。运用行为测试指标测定T4是否引起后代畸形;采用形态学方法检查胎鼠脏器及骨骼,以判断人是否具有毒性作用及导致畸形。结果表明,子1代及子2代鼠的生长、发育以及生殖能力正常,器官发育正常,运动反射属正常范围;内脏器官未见中毒性病变;胎鼠骨骼发育正常。
Fifty - five female Kunming mice were given telmisalpin alcohol (T_4) (0.6 mg / kg / d and 0.3 mg / kg) during the perinatal period (15 days after pregnancy to 15 days after birth) / D), the birth, growth, development and reproductive capacity of the first generation and second generation of mice were observed.
