我队两年来的实践工作证明,钢粒钻进较钻粒钻进提高效率70%(如以8级岩石为例,钻粒钻进小时效率约为0.35公尺,钢粒钻进却为0.6公尺左右).但在整个钻进过程中,如何正确的采用操作技术,合理的确定囘次进尺时间,消除异常状态,保持正常的效率变化,对保证在一定囘次进尺时间內的钻探效率,有重大意义.因此,有必要研究其效率变化规律及操作技术,以便更好的运用.茲将我们工作中的一些体会分述如下,仅供参考.
