1981—1985年两例牙再植后保存活髓。现报告如下例1 王某,男,15岁。因呼吸困难,抢救时误伤前牙,致脱落。立即将脱落牙浸泡于生理盐水中。检查;1⊥12无齿槽骨骨折,1⊥12牙冠,牙根无缺损,1⊥12牙槽窝已充满血凝块,1⊥12龈乳突撕裂约2cm。诊断:1⊥12外伤性脱落。治疗经过:脱落牙处理:用洁治器去除1⊥12牙颈部洁石,浸泡在含有8万单位庆大霉素的生理盐水30ml中半小时。脱落牙再植:用挖匙轻刮牙槽窝,待新鲜血液充满牙槽窝后,将20万单位青霉素粉剂填于牙槽窝内,取浸泡在庆大霉素的生理盐水中的1⊥12牙齿植入1⊥12齿槽窝内,用纱团垫在
Between 1981 and 1985 two teeth were preserved alive after replantation. Now report the following example 1 Wang, male, 15 years old.
