目的分析大连市2013年消除麻疹工作现状,为消除麻疹提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对大连市麻疹发病情况及采取的消除麻疹措施进行分析。结果 2013年大连市共报告麻疹病例2例,发病率为0.03/10万;监测疑似麻疹病例150例,48h完整调查率为99.33%,48h个案录入率97.33%,血标本3日内送达率、7日报告结果率血标本采集率均为100%;麻疹类疫苗常规2剂次报告接种率为99.98%。2008~2013年组织各类人群麻疹类疫苗群体性接种活动6次,合计实种1 283 953人,接种率为95.88%。结论继续巩固现阶段消除麻疹成果,规范实施常规免疫,适时开展强化免疫及补充免疫,提高麻疹监测系统运转质量,正确处理流动人口问题,做好接种证查验工作,提高群众预防接种的自觉性。
Objective To analyze the status quo of eliminating measles in Dalian in 2013 and provide basis for eliminating measles. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the incidence of measles in Dalian and measures to eliminate measles. Results A total of 2 measles cases were reported in Dalian in 2013, with a prevalence of 0.03 / 100 000. A total of 150 cases of measles measles were monitored. The complete investigation rate was 99.33% at 48h, 97.33% at 48h, On the 7th, the result rate of the blood samples collected was 100%. The measles vaccine routinely received 2 doses of 99.98%. From 2008 to 2013, a total of 1 283 953 measles vaccine groups were vaccinated in various groups. The vaccination rate was 95.88%. CONCLUSION Continue to consolidate the measles elimination at this stage, standardize the routine immunization, conduct intensive immunization and supplementary immunization timely, improve the operation quality of measles monitoring system, correctly handle the floating population issue, do a good job in the vaccination card verification work and raise people’s awareness of vaccination.
