用患有进展期S180肉瘤的小鼠进行的重复实验证实,绞股蓝总皂甙(GP)对S180肉瘤有明显的抑制作用,使肿瘤生长延缓,肿瘤坏死比率(肿瘤坏死面积TNA/肿瘤总面积TTA×100%)显著增加,瘤周瘤内淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润明显增多,荷瘤鼠脾重明显增加,脾白髓动脉周围淋巴鞘显著增大。阿霉素(ADM)或5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)与GP联用后,上述各指标均明显优于其分别单用,且GP能明显减轻阿霉素、5-氟尿嘧啶对骨髓的抑制作用。
Repeat experiments using mice with advanced S180 sarcoma confirmed that Gypenosides (GP) significantly inhibited S180 sarcoma, delayed tumor growth, and tumor necrosis rate (tumor necrosis area TNA/total tumor area TTA × 100%) significantly increased, lymphoma, macrophage infiltration in the tumor area increased significantly, the spleen weight of the tumor-bearing mice increased significantly, and the lymphatic sheath around the splenic white marrow artery significantly increased. After the combination of adriamycin (ADM) or 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) and GP, the above indicators were all significantly better than their respective single use, and GP can significantly reduce the inhibition of adriamycin and 5-fluorouracil on bone marrow. .
