给克山病病区14岁~16岁居民每日口服200μg硒(亚硒酸钠或硒酵母)12周测定红细胞硒含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性和GPX蛋白水平,以探讨补硒对人红细胞GPX蛋白的影响。结果说明:①硒水平不仅可增加克山病病区人体红细胞GPX活性,而且对GPX蛋白水平也有提高作用;(②硒酵母硒对红细胞GPX蛋白水平的增高作用比亚硒酸钠硒明显。
To Keshan disease ward 14 to 16-year-old residents daily oral administration of 200μg of selenium (sodium selenite or selenium yeast) 12 weeks of determination of erythrocyte selenium content, glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activity and GPX protein levels, To explore the effects of selenium on human erythrocyte GPX protein. The results showed that: ①Selenium level not only increased GPX activity of human erythrocytes in Keshan disease area, but also enhanced GPX protein level. (2) Selenium yeast selenium significantly increased GPX protein level of erythrocytes compared with sodium selenite selenium.
