“十二五”是我国石油和化学工业转型升级的关键时期和从石化大国向石化强国迈进的新阶段,化工园区承担着重要的历史任务。在5月26日召开的“2011中国化工园区合作发展座谈会”上,来自国内30多家园区的代表围绕在“十二五”规划实施这一历史新阶段和新形势下,化工园区如何解决建设和发展中出现的矛盾和问题,提升发展与合作水平,实现发展方式的转变等议题展开交流和探讨,并共同签署了《中国化工园区发展合作宣言》。上海化学工业区、南京化学工业园区、宁波石化经济技术开发区、大亚湾石油化学工业区和沧州临港经济技术开发区的代表结合各自工作实际,就化工园区建设和产业发展的经验和体会进行了深入交流。
