在跳水运动的各项竞技能力中,技能和心理能力的重要性较为突出。但随着技术训练方法和手段的日渐普及,世界跳水运动整体水平的不断提高,跳水动作难度的不断加大以及项目规则的不断修改,体能训练在跳水训练中的重要性有不断增强的趋势。
The importance of skills and mental abilities is prominent in the various competitive abilities of diving.
