为改善L-Z217×2000深孔钻床在钻深孔时发生的卷屑缠绕刀具使刀具挤死而造成的刀杆撞弯,工件报废,甚至发生人员受伤的情况,特提出本课题的研究,通过引进装配式复合刀具,进行切削试验以及切削理论分析,确定最佳刀具几何参数以及工艺系统及切削参数,有效改善了断屑、排屑的问题,以及刀片磨损严重问题。从而改善切削环境,提高刀具寿命,有利于节约成本,提高产品质量。
