RSA是妊娠常见的并发症之一。RSA病因极其复杂,尽管已经提出了一些可能的机制,临床上排除了遗传因素、内分泌因素、感染性因素、解剖学因素、自身抗体因素外,仍有大约50%的患者病因未明。激素因素已经被提出可能与RSA有关。激素分泌紊乱,可能会导致某些内分泌腺体,如垂体,甲状腺,肾上腺,以及卵巢发生异常。研究发现雌激素受体及雄激素受体基因与RSA的发生有关联性。本文就雌激素及雄激素受体基因与RSA之间关联性的研究进展进行综述。
RSA is one of the common complications of pregnancy. The etiology of RSA is extremely complex. Although some possible mechanisms have been proposed, about 50% of patients still have etiology, although genetic factors, endocrine factors, infectious factors, anatomical factors and autoantibodies are excluded clinically. Hormonal factors have been proposed that may be related to RSA. Hormonal disorders can cause some endocrine glands, such as the pituitary, thyroid, adrenal, and ovarian abnormalities. The study found that estrogen receptor and androgen receptor gene associated with the occurrence of RSA. This article reviews the research progress of the association between estrogen and androgen receptor gene and RSA.
