周某,18岁,1987年6月14日入院,住院号:1412,因发现左腹股沟肿块、剧痛,无发烧。在当地卫生院按淋巴结炎治疗,肌注青、链霉素,疼痛未减,肿块增大。2天后来本院,门诊以“左侧腹股沟嵌顿疝”收入病房。检查:T:37℃,腹不胀,无肠型,腹软、无压痛,肠鸣音正常,左腹股沟区可触及3Cm×4Cm×2.5Cm 肿块,压痛,无红肿,上下极清楚,双侧阴囊无睾。诊为双侧隐睾,左侧隐睾扭转手术,术中见睾丸顺时针扭转180度,睾丸呈黑紫色,给予切除。
