物联网专业师资匮乏是制约各高校物联网专业发展的关键因素之一。在分析我国高校物联网专业发展现状的基础上,结合物联网师资队伍建设的特点,探讨通过多渠道外引、机制化内培,建设行业特色鲜明的物联网专业师资队伍。
IOT shortage of teachers is to restrict the professional development of the university IOT one of the key factors. Based on the analysis of the status quo of university IOT development in our country and the characteristics of the construction of IOT teachers, this paper explores the construction of IOT teachers with distinctive industry characteristics through multi-channel external quotation and institutionalization.
