通过对心理资本及绩效等相关文献的研究表明,多数研究以心理资本这个综合变量对结果变量的影响居多,很少细致分析心理资本的每一个维度对结果变量的影响。从过去的研究看,心理资本对绩效的影响也只是主效应作用模式。影响绩效的因素很多,心理资本与绩效的关系中间,也许存在第三个因素作为中介变量起作用。如敬业度、员工满意度。
Through the research on the related literature of psychological capital and performance, it shows that most of the studies mostly take the influence of the comprehensive variable of psychological capital on the result variable and rarely analyze the influence of each dimension of psychological capital on the result variable. From the past studies, the impact of psychological capital on performance is only the main effect mode of action.
