甲基百里酚蓝(MTB)与锌在pH5.8~6.4能形成1:1和1:2(Zn:MTB),络合物吸收峰分别在580nm和560nm。在pH6.1左右显色,1:2的络合物克分子吸光系数ε_(560)=1.4×10~4,并且至少稳定6小时。本文条件下一定量的铬、钼、钒、锰、钛、钨、铜、锑、铋、铍、镓、钙镁及少量铁和铅,大量铝存在不影响测定。锌在0.02~4μg ml~(-1)范围内服从比尔定律,初步应用于铝合金中锌的分析效果良好。
Methyl thymol blue (MTB) and zinc can form 1: 1 and 1: 2 (Zn: MTB) at pH5.8 ~ 6.4. The absorption peak of the complex is at 580nm and 560nm respectively. At pH 6.1 or so, the molar absorptivity ε_ (560) of the 1: 2 complex was 1.4 × 10 ~ 4, and stable for at least 6 hours. Under this condition a certain amount of chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, manganese, titanium, tungsten, copper, antimony, bismuth, beryllium, gallium, calcium and magnesium and a small amount of iron and lead, a large amount of aluminum does not affect the determination. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0.02 ~ 4μg ml ~ (-1) for zinc, which has good effect on the analysis of zinc in aluminum alloy.
