目的 :分析现代白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术中玻璃体溢出的原因 ,提出处理方法。方法 :对我院 1998～ 2 0 0 0年住院老年性白内障病人 15 9只眼作回顾性分析。结果 :本组患者中 18只眼 (11 3 % )发生玻璃体溢出 ,其术后矫正视力大于 0 3以上者占 72 2 %。结论 :本组患者发生玻璃体溢出率较高 ,可能与术者手术熟练程度有关 ,本文提出预防措施及处理方法。
Objective: To analyze the reason of vitreous overflow in extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation in cataract surgery. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 15 9 eyes of inpatients with senile cataract in our hospital from 1998 to 2000 was conducted. RESULTS: Eighteen eyes (113%) underwent vitreous spill, with postoperative corrected visual acuity of more than 0 3 accounting for 72.2%. Conclusion: The high rate of vitreous spillage occurred in this group of patients may be related to the surgeon’s skill level, this paper presents preventive measures and treatment methods.
