Its common feature is the relative and absolute reduction in the number of cardiomyocytes with intact systolic and diastolic function, and the repaired myocardium is repaired by fibrous tissue scarring. Bone marrow stem cell transplantation in the field of cardiovascular disease is a promising treatment. The concept of bone marrow stem cells, classification and research progress in cardiovascular diseases are reviewed.
