加强进省动物的监督管理工作,是各级动物卫生监督机构防控外源性重大动物疫病的根本举措,也是各级动物卫生监督机构开展动物防疫监督的重点和难点。运输环节是动物疫病传播的重要途径,甚至会引起动物疫病远距离、跳跃式传播,造成动物疫病蔓延。所以,加强对运输环节进省动物监督管理,切断传播途径,对控制、扑灭动物疫病十分必要。公路动物防疫监督检查是外源性重大动物疫病的第一道防线,对全省防控重大动物疫病意义重大。现结合青海省马场垣高速公路动物防疫监督检查站的实际,就公路运输环节进省动物监督管理工作谈一点粗浅的认识,以抛砖引玉。

Therefore, to strengthen supervision and management of animal transport into the province and to cut off the route of transmission is necessary to control and eliminate animal epidemics. Supervision and inspection of highway animal epidemic prevention is the first line of defense of exogenous major animal diseases and is of great significance to the prevention and control of major animal epidemic diseases in the province. Now combined with the actual farm animal epidemic prevention supervision and inspection station in Qinghai Horse Racecourse Expressway, talk about superficial understanding of road animal husbandry supervision and management in the road transport section, in order to start a discussion.
