随着社会的发展和进步,高职教育作为现代教育体系中重要组成部分,日益体现其重要性。近年来,在高等职业教育大发展中,高职教育凸显“重数轻质”的现象,实际就业状况堪忧,已成为较为关注的社会问题。培养高职学生综合素质,正确评价自我,合理就业择业,成为教育工作者思考的问题。本文以高职生成长经历为落脚点,分阶段研究高职学生的心理状况,对高职学生自身特点进行阐述,根据教育教学规律尝试性地提出对策。
With the development and progress of the society, higher vocational education as an important part of the modern education system increasingly reflects its importance. In recent years, in the great development of higher vocational education, higher vocational education has highlighted the phenomenon of “heavy weight and light weight”, and the actual employment situation is worrying. It has become a social issue of more concern. Training vocational students overall quality, correct self-evaluation, reasonable employment career has become a problem educators think. In this paper, the experience of the growth of higher vocational students as the foothold, a phased study of the psychological conditions of vocational students, vocational students to elaborate their own characteristics, according to the teaching of education tentatively put forward countermeasures.
