文化产业已成为二十一世纪知识经济新兴产业,文化事业必须产业化,必须将文化创意将虚构的想法变成现实的生产力,长期困扰文化产业发展的资金问题受到各方面因素影响。本文旨在分析我国文化产业投融资困境的法律背景。
Cultural industry has become a new industry of knowledge-based economy in the 21st century. Cultural undertakings must be industrialized. Cultural ideas must turn fictitious ideas into realistic productive forces. The problem of funds that long plagued the development of cultural industries is affected by various factors. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the legal background of the dilemma of investment and financing in China’s cultural industry.
