作者比较了血源性乙型肝炎疫苗(PHB,20μg)和酵母重组乙型肝炎疫苗(YHB,10μ)混合接种(皮下注射)与YHB单独接种的效果。把101名HBsAg和抗-HBs均为阴性的女职员分为两组:第1组59人,第1次接种PHB,第2、3次接种YHB;第2组42人,3次均接种YHB。她们都在接种第3次疫苗后测定抗-HBs。用放射免疫法测定HBsAg和抗-HBs,以抗-HBs>2.0为阳性。结果发现,第3次疫苗接种后,第1组的抗-HBs为55.3±49.2,第2组为39.4±
The authors compared the effect of a single inoculation with a combination of a Hepatitis B vaccine (PHB, 20 μg) and a yeast recombinant Hepatitis B vaccine (YHB, 10 μ) in combination (subcutaneously) with YHB. The 101 female HBsAg and anti-HBs-negative female staff were divided into two groups: group 1 59, the first PHB inoculation, the second and third inoculation of YHB; the second group 42, three were vaccinated YHB .
